About Superbuy
Founded in 2012, Superbuy pioneered the reverse cross-border shopping model and remains one of the largest China purchasing agents, handling well over two million visits a month. Overseas shoppers use it to buy from Taobao, Tmall and other domestic marketplaces without a Chinese address or payment method. The core offer is simple: no basic purchasing fee for the life of the account, free inspection photos when goods reach the warehouse, 90 days of free storage, and consolidation of multiple parcels into one international shipment. A separate Superbuy spreadsheet search tool lets buyers browse bulk product data, compare prices and sellers, then import links for ordering. Value-added services range from tag and shoebox removal to detailed inspection, video QC and ironing. Support is bilingual, checkout is multi-currency, and more than 100 shipping routes reach over 200 countries and regions.
- What works well
Lifetime waiver of basic purchasing agent fees
Operating since 2012 with stable, well-documented order flow
Free in-warehouse inspection photos and 90 days of free storage
Parcel consolidation and reinforced packaging to cut international shipping costs
Unusually wide payment coverage, including Wise, Bitcoin, Alipay and regional wallets
Bilingual support and multi-currency checkout
- What to check
Archived Pandabuy sheet links often point to delisted Taobao or Weidian items; confirm the listing is live before paying
Optional services such as shoebox removal, tag removal and power-on testing usually void returns, so choose them deliberately
Storage is free for 90 days only; extensions cost roughly $1.61 per item per month and items past 180 days can be treated as abandoned
International shipping is charged as a deposit against estimated weight, then settled after packing, so the final bill can differ from the quote
Payment fees vary widely by method; cards and Apple Pay carry a surcharge while Wise transfers came with a discount at the time of writing
Fee schedules and promotions change; figures here reflect September 2026 data and should be re-checked in your account
Is Superbuy legit?
Superbuy has operated since 2012 and is one of the earliest reverse cross-border shopping platforms in China, with public traffic data placing it among the industry leaders at over two million monthly visits. Orders run through a documented warehouse process — domestic receipt, inspection photos, storage, consolidation and tracked international shipping — and support is reachable by email and phone. That makes it a safe enough place to spend money, but legitimacy is not the same as a good outcome on any single order: the risk in this niche sits with stale spreadsheet links, not with the agent's ability to buy and ship.
Using Superbuy with an archived Pandabuy sheet
A Pandabuy sheet is a snapshot: product names, prices and links captured at some point in the past. Superbuy cannot buy from Pandabuy, but it can buy from the Taobao, Tmall or Weidian listing a row points to. So treat each row as a lead rather than an order. Copy the raw item link, open it, and check three things: the listing still loads, the variant you want is still in stock, and the current price is close to the sheet figure. Where a seller has relisted the same item under a new ID, the sheet price is meaningless until you find the new listing. Rows that fail these checks are dead ends, however good the sheet once was.
Verifying links before you pay
Link rot is the main hazard of spreadsheet shopping. Common failures are removed listings, sellers that switched to a new storefront, and items that now redirect to a different product entirely. Before submitting an order, paste the link into Superbuy's own product search to confirm the platform can resolve it and shows the price and options you expect. If the link resolves but the variant is gone, message support or check the seller's store for a replacement. If a row has no working link at all, search the item title and the seller name in the Superbuy spreadsheet tool and compare recent order counts rather than trusting old screenshots.
Shipping and consolidation
Superbuy offers more than 100 routes covering over 200 countries and regions. Shipping is quoted from estimated weight and destination as a deposit, and the final charge is settled after the parcel is weighed and packed, so plan for a small adjustment either way. Consolidating multiple items into one parcel, and asking for reinforcement or compression where it is offered, is the main lever for reducing cost per item. Storage is free for 90 days, extendable to a maximum of 180 days, after which items may be treated as abandoned — a useful deadline if you are still waiting on a seller to restock.
Fees and payment methods
Basic purchasing fees are waived for life, which is the platform's headline cost advantage. What remains is shipping, optional value-added services, and payment surcharges. Payment coverage is broader than most agents: cards, Apple Pay, Wise, bank transfer, Bitcoin, Alipay, WeChat Pay and a long list of regional wallets and bank schemes. Costs vary by method — at the time of writing, Wise bank transfers came with a 3.13% discount while credit cards and Apple Pay added 3.94%, and local options ranged from roughly 0.5% to 3.8%. Check the fee shown at checkout before topping up, and note that these figures date from September 2026 and can change.
Value-added services and their trade-offs
The warehouse menu is extensive and priced individually: extra inspection photos, detailed inspection, product video, live try-on photos, ironing, power-on testing for electronics, tag and shoebox removal, bubble wrap and foam reinforcement, moisture-proof bags, corner protectors, wooden crates and extended storage. Most of these exist to protect a haul in transit or to check a batch before it becomes expensive to return. The trade-off is that irreversible services — removing tags or boxes, trimming threads, power-on testing — generally end your ability to return the item. Decide before you click, not after the photos arrive.
Where Superbuy is popular
Traffic data puts Superbuy's largest audiences in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and France. That matters practically: popular destinations tend to have more shipping routes, more community reports about which lines clear customs cleanly, and more shared experience about realistic delivery times.
Shopping-agent guide
Superbuy is a purchasing and forwarding agent, so your workflow is: find a live product listing, paste the link into Superbuy, pay for the item plus domestic shipping, let the warehouse inspect and store it, then consolidate and ship internationally.
For anyone working from archived Pandabuy sheets, the agent is only half the job. An old sheet row gives you a title, a price and a link that may be months or years out of date. Before you order, open the link and confirm the Taobao or Weidian listing still exists, still matches the described batch, colourway or size run, and still shows a price close to the sheet figure. If the seller has relisted the item under a new ID, search the store name on the Superbuy spreadsheet tool or inside the agent's own search to find the replacement, then compare seller rating and recent orders. If nothing matches, treat the row as dead rather than paying for an item the agent cannot buy.
Once the order is placed, the warehouse side is where Superbuy earns its keep: three free inspection photos (three more for Weidian), 90 days of free storage to accumulate hauls, and paid extras such as detailed inspection, extra photos, video or tag removal. Remember that many extras void returns. International shipping starts as a deposit based on estimated weight and destination, then settles after the parcel is packed and weighed.
